Rund Over

What do you get when you cross a little chimpmunk and a teenager who is playing football?

"I got rund over!"

  1. A black eye is a glorious thing. I thought I had one once, but it never even turned a color. I was SO disappointed. Let this be a lesson to all chipmunks - football is a dangerous game!

  3. He is so cute! I noticed the absence of "He hurt me!" I like his matter of fact statement that seems devoid of personal injury. We can learn so much from the little ones!

Is everyone asking you what you did to your poor kid? ;)

  5. Sure Rachel. What did you really do? ;)
Ouch! But I bet he didn't let it him slow him down one bit. Okay....maybe enough for a little sympathy and then he was off again.
    Am I right?

  7. Kristen, Me too!! I wanted that black eye so bad. Never got it. So I had to go through the pain of the event with out any badge to show for it. So unfair.

    Sarah, Always will be. :)

Alex, True. Wants to be the baby and treated like the baby but included with the big boys.

Lyndee, Am I a bad mother if I think it is adorable?

Jody, Like Fall. Many shades it has turned.

Melissa, You amaze me. I can learn from YOU. You always find teh good, the positive, and the lessons that can be learned from all situations. I need some of you to rub off on me.

Lor, LOL! With all of his older brothers, they are wanting to know what the brothers did to him! I'm spared. This time.

Natalie, Absolutely correct. Slowed down for some sympathy hugs and hasn't stopped running since. As for how he got it, that's my story and I'm sticking to it. Unless a better one comes along.

Chastina, I had to laugh that his Kindergarten photos will be of him with a black eye. Fitting actually.
