Image Credit? Anyone? I'd like to give credit where it is due. |
Dear Month of May,
You are making me want to curl up in a ball and cry. You are leaving me no time to socialize with my blogger friends. They think I am out sunbathing engrossed in a good book.
Do me a favor please? Tell my blogger friends that you only have 31 days and then you are outta here!
I don't appreciate how selfish you have been and time consuming. Just sayin.......
Rachel
yup. I know exactly what you mean lol
ReplyDeleteInsane isn't it!!!!
DeleteIt's funny how quickly the time goes; before we know it, it's gone.
ReplyDeleteI don't find anything humorous about it! ;)
DeleteI don't recognize the actual image, but I am pretty sure its one of Bryan Niven's.... its certainly in his fun reality-on-steroids style.
ReplyDeleteFun reality-on-steroids is a perfect way to describe! :) I've no idea who's art it is but man does it describe/look/feel like me! Who ever did it, was peaking in my window that's for sure!
DeleteThat kitchen actually kind of looks like yours. Just so you're not pregnant. I'm just sayin' -
ReplyDeleteI feel your point. I truly do.
Pregnant with projects!!!
DeleteI've found that about this year so far - it's whizzed by and I'm not getting the stuff done that needs doing. Certainly I've managed to find knitting time but I'm way behind with veggie planting, my bathroom needs a good clean and the floors really need to be hoovered! There are only so many hours though, sounds like things are busy there and I hope you find a few spare hours to relax a little. By the way, it makes me happy to think of you out sunbathing with a good book - make sure you squeeze a little of that action in sometime soon! xxx
ReplyDeleteOkay, how did you get in my house to take that picture? I'll have you know that things have changed since then, now I have a baby in the bouncy seat to add.
ReplyDeleteWait, I'm pretty sure that it's actually MY house. But now with a duckling thrown into the mix. A baby in a bouncy seat would be WAY better though.
DeleteSo, if this is Sarah's house..... and Wabi's house.... and MY house......... how come we don't run into each other in this house??? ;)
DeleteI have missed you! Hope it gets better soon....love you!
ReplyDeleteGive me a week! One more week!! And then I get a break for....... A WHOLE WEEK!! :D Oy!
DeleteLove you too Donna!!! I soooo can't wait to see you soon!!!
Why are we all so busy this year?? I am with you sister xx
ReplyDeleteI know! Why is that??? I want off this dang ride!! xxoo
DeleteI don't know Jody, but I adore her. I'm afraid, however, I won't be going to her blogs because I can ONLY manage yours, Kristen's, the ones produced by three children, and occasionally my own.
ReplyDeleteYou knooooooooow how well I manage reading six blogs - completely inconsistently - and I do NOT have a herd of kids! From this end, no excuses except that I read REALLY slowly and have terrible ADHD so I can't stay focused on anything for any length of time.
You do sooooooo much BEYOND basic meals and shelter and peace keeper when it comes to your family and then there are your many, many interests. I often wonder about you and how you keep it all going - right down to the chickens.
I got to go and meet Jody in person this spring!! It was wonderful. Kindred spirits we are.
DeleteHA! You talk about all that I accomplish! Look in the mirror my amazing friend!!
