Surgery. It's Time.

Tomorrow is the big day. The day I wrote about in this post. (Click on the highlighted words "this post" Virginia, it's a link).

I was a little bit nervous but am feeling more calm about things today. I know I'm in good hands.

So, I'll see you all on the other side of anethesia!

P.S. I wish it was as easy to mold and fix a body as Mr. C makes it look creating a vase out of clay.........

  2. cool clay pot man! that is so awesome!

who says the doc doesn't think the body is as easy to mold? just another day at the office for him....

i am sure the clay doesn't think it is easy to be molded...it has to sit and spin there forever...and get pushed and prodded....

    :)

  3. You know, when this is all said and done if you came to visit Mr. C could get a real pottery lesson from an excellent teacher I know. . .

  4. Chastina, Thank you!! I'm sure it will.

Misty, Doesn't that look fun? I tried it. It is!

True true about the doc. and the body. One looks pretty much like another day after day. As for the clay, I think it likes it. I totally felt these happy vibes while I was working the clay. :)

Jody, I read it. I haven't had a chance to respond but I'm thinking, the next few days I'll have tons of time to respond. ;) Thanks for the prayers!!

Sarah, Mr. C! Forget Mr. C. I wanna come and learn!!!

  7. Do you get food out of the whole thing? Whenever I go to the hospital, I look forward to not having to worry about how I'm gonna get food. Not that it's great food, but you know...food.

  9. lyndee, i know...once they let you eat, they bring you snacks & regular meals. you don't have to decide what to make or get out of bed!
Rachel, i'm hoping they bring you the yummy raspberry dessert. hopefully they don't save that for maternity ward. I hope you get it too. the lasagna wasn't too bad either. if only they fed me that same meal the whole time i was there. oh wait, i'm remembering yogart topped with raspberries.
i can't wait for our raspberries to produce ;)

  11. Lyndee, I better! Considering I'll be there awhile. I do have to fast tonight until after surgery and my surgery isn't until 11:00 so I am going to be STARVING!!

Ginna, Thank you! I love you too.

Marseille, Truthfully, hospital food isn't my favorite. ;) I'd rather have food brought in which I've had done before by sympathetic friends and family in the past. :D

Uncle Rush, I'll be listening! ;)

  14. I am so out of the loop. This was my week to help Kathy and take care of you, and I did that quilt job MOnday, and have been doing it ever since. Plus the stuff that's changing like mad in the house- finally. I called you today. Prayers always. But I couldn't get anybody to answer the phone and now I'm worried. I'll try again in a while.
