Family Newsletter

Before going to bed last night, I found this stuck to the wall in the hall upstairs

It says, "If you want you can take it off of the paper clip and look at  it, but when you're done put it back".

I took it off and here is what the rest of it says:

FLIP OVER

Who's on Vacation?
Mr. B and Mr. T are on Spring break, and are spending it playing on electronics.  If I were on spring break, I would spend it at my friend's house.  Dad is gone to Minnasota.  We sure miss him, espesillay Mom, she keeps blaming things on him.  I guess thats just what Moms do!  I know I'll be like that!

Birthdays
We have one birthday this week and it is Levi.  His b-day will be on Friday the 16th.  We'll be very excited when that day comes, won't we?

Mom speaking:  And there you have it!  Apparently Dad is more epicly awesome than my awesomely epicness because he helps others all day and I just sit on Facebook.............  and that whole blaming Dad thing........ we all know girls don't pass gas........... who else am I supposed to blame???  Everyone else denies it!

  1. She has her mum's sense of humour and she's wonderfully observant - she'll make a great author one day! Keep it and frame it - it's definitely one creation to keep and treasure!

    1. She's a funny girl. It is definitely one to keep. I've a few things like this from her that I've got tucked away.

  2. Now I feel like I am in the know! But what I don't know is why don't all the Natives have the same spring break?

    1. Dumb. That's why! My two older boys go to an accelerated school. It is located on the local University campus and they take classes at the University. That is why when they graduate from high school, they not only have their high school diploma but also their 2 yr. Associates degree from the University. It also means they are on the University schedule so their fall break doesn't coincide with the school districts which is VERY frustrating because it means we can't go and do anything on any of the spring breaks because someone is always in school! Real blimey of a mess if you ask me.........

  7. Nothing like seeing yourself through the eyes of a child. Really, we kind of forget what it's like, being on the other side of authority. And I'm not sure I want to read any such thing MY children might write -
