  1. Go Levi! And a balloon is a great reward! Why have I never thought of that!?

    1. Balloons are fabulously cheap rewards and they last for days. Levi loves balloons so it makes the reward all the better. I hadn't thought of it either until Levi. :D

  3. YAYYYY Levi!!! Fantastic news Rachel! These are such tiny steps for most growing children but such huge strides for our boys and so very worthy of big celebrations and beautiful blue balloons xxx

    1. I knew out of everyone you would understand the momentous moment this is Julie!! I'm still jumping around excited. He's still dry. Has been all week! Yayayayay!!!

    2. Fabulous! Even if there is a temporary backward step at some point nothing will diminish this achievement for him. It's so hard sometimes to believe that things will change and easy to think that our boys will always find some aspects of life impossible and then one day everything changes and they coolly exceed all of our expectations!

    3. Exactly! It's just a step backward. It isn't permanent and even if it is, there will be steps forward in other areas of our boys' lives. It is hard work but we are truly blessed with these boys Julie and I often wonder how we got so lucky...... I know to others on the outside this may seem crazy and believe me, on the days I am so exhausted and emotionally drained I wonder how in the world I'll have the strength to see another day....... and then I see Levi's pudgy cheeks with his angle kisses and beg for another day.

    4. Nope, not crazy at all. I mean, it's Levi. I know I don't actually know him, but YOU do. And you KNOW at every level that he is a blessing. How could he be anything but?

  4. Dancing too! Milestones are just as individual as children themselves are. And milestones are milestones, no matter when they are reached.

    Yay yay yay!!!!
