The Sweater

Can you still call it a sweater if you make it to curl up in it like a blanket with a good book on a chilly evening?  Because that is why I made this particular sweater.  It's big, bulky, slouchy, a hoodie, and down right comfy.

  5. Big, bulky, slouchy & comfy = AWESOME! Really, it's always my slouchy sweaters (none of which are handmade and beautiful)that are worn the most. With pyjama pants. The perfect outfit.

  9. Tami, Thank you! Wait till you see what I am knitting next!!! I just finished it. :D A chicken! What else......

Hanna, I do too! In the evenings when I get cold I snuggle up in it. I love slouchy yummy things.

Kristen, You're going to need one of these for after the wedding!!!

Korrie, It isn't pretty but it is comfy!

Jody, Very true. I have some nice sweaters but as you say, they aren't worn that often. This one I'm already using even though it is summer.

Anaise, I'm already using it! By the end of the day, the AC in the house is so cold. Which I like!!! But just cold enough for a snuggly sweater.

Marseille, I did! I made something that actually works! Shocking I know. I'm totally shocked!

Wabi, You said it. The pajama pants especially. ;)

Kathy, LOL! Let me think on it and get back to you.

Nat, Dang it! I didn't bring it to camp. I should have. I froze often enough.

Leanna, Let's find you another pattern. Truthfully, I hated this pattern. It could have been put together so much easier. The way it is written frustrated me many a time. Not well done. We can find the same sweater but written up and put together better.
