Wishing You Were Here.....

My friend is in Hawaii and sent me this photo she'd taken.

Naturally, I sent her this one back. I don't want to rub it in or anything but I wanted her to know what she was missing out on! I bet she wishes she was here.....

Gosh! I hope I don't ruin her vacation by sending her this photo. I didn't even think about that. Oh well. Too late. She'll just have to suffer for another week.

  1. It was nice of you to spread the joy :)
Man, I can't believe youguys had snow! This has been a slow and weird spring.

  2. Poor girl. How could you be so unfeeling? Me? I'm only interested in going back to bed. All day long. Wearing my pajamas. Not feeding anybody. And taking psuedofed (or however you spell it). You do realize that when this pattern breaks, it will suddenly be hotter than blazes? Wish I wanted to do something. Wish I was lying on a beach, wanting to do nothing. With I'd lose 20 pounds by traveling between the couch and the kitchen - ANY of the couches, actually. Probably the bed ones. Between bed and kitchen. Yeah. I'm doing GREAT.

  5. Rachel, I always thought you the thoughtful person, but this picture was in total contradiction of that belief. Your friend probably left when the skies were a drab blue without a cloud in the sky and you go show her the beautiful April (almost May) snow that is here. Well, tsktsk to you. How can she enjoy that horrible sunshine when she knows there are cold, cloudy days back home?!! sssooooobbbb---why didn't she take me with her?

  6. Ginna, I could go for some Hawaii as well. Weird doesn't even describe this weather! Cruel more like....

Kristen, I know......I'm an Isrealite moaning and groaning following Moses complaining one minute about the snow..the next that it is too hot...not enough moisture.......then complaining about the snow again.....

Natalie, I'd do it too! And I'd do it in silence. I would't go blasting photos to my friends trying to make them feel sorry for me. Well, I just kinda did this morning didn't I? Well, I might not suffer in silence but I do it!! :D

Misty, Thank you for keeping your palm trees to yourself. There's only so much misery I can handle in one day. ;)

Lyndee, I am a thoughtful person ......I gave a great deal of thought to this picture and sending it. :D

  7. I love how you shared what we get to enjoy. It's to bad that everyone can't enjoy it with us. That beach looks so miserable. Wish I was suffering with her!

I bet your friend is jealous. Green with it.

  12. Lori, Oh I'm green'n I'm green'n. With utter mischievousness. 91 degrees? That's TOO hot. Can't I have a nice 75 degrees?

Melissa, See? You understand a true friendship. I'm really hoping she does bring some sunshine. I'm ready to suffer a little.
