Where's Waldo? (or Mr. J)

There was an old woman who lived in a shoe.

She had so many children, she didn't know what to do.

She gave them some broth without any bread;

And whipped them all soundly and put them to bed.

I promise. He does have a bed......it's just not often that you can find him in it!

  1. kids find the most random and uncomfortable places to sleep and they usually sleep better there than in their own bed. HOW? He is so creative. and hat is just too funny.

  2. Love that Mr. J. The box just cracks me up! Only could that little guy fit into a box that size.

    We play musical sleeping places here too. Sometimes I wonder why we even bought them beds in the first place. Although, it is kind of like a treasure hunt in the morning looking to find where everyone ended up.

  3. Ginna used to pile up books and fall asleep on top of them. Mostly in bed, but sometimes on the floor. Does that count?

  4. You're surprised? How long did that kid sleep in his crib? He only knows cramped, small spaced to sleep most of his life. It's no wonder he doesn't sleep much in that huge bed.

  6. Kristi, Lol! Just you wait. With the way Hailey is getting around....she should pull some interesting sleeping entertainment herself!

    Natalie, I hear ya loud and clear. Ever since school got out Miss K has been sleeping on the floor in her brother's room. They've all been playing musical beds.

    Kristen, Absolutely! All of The Native's beds are piled with books. All around the rims. It is so funny to me that they sleep with them. They do have shelves....

    Sarah, Hey now!! He never actually grew out of that crib. He'd still fit in it if we let him sleep in it. :D

    Misty, Oh that is too funny. More logical isn't it?

    Jody, Oh no kidding! Last night I died. I don't think I moved a muscle and sure felt it when I tried to get up. Creaky old cranky body.
