Management. It's starts when they're young.

Ever seen a construction site and wondered what all of the guys are doing who are standing around watching the one guy working?

It is called overseeing. It is a form of management and only the trained and prepared can obtain this coveted position. It starts when children are young.

Years and years of experience. If The Native's hadn't been keeping a close eye on the pouring of concrete and the making of our neighbor's driveway the project would have failed.

Don't be fooled by the chairs. This is exhausting work!

It'll take the starch out of the most seasoned of overseers.

  1. Oh, Mr. J = LOL. I want this job. No. I don't. I couldn't hold still that long. M has a fever of 104 - well, last night he did. So I ended up seeing Kev and Dad for about ten minutes out of the six days they were here. No fam dinner LAST night.

  3. Kristen, Oh no!!! The flu during the honeymoon........ Poor dear boy. And no family dinner. Well that stinks! And not to be able to see Kevin and your Dad, triple stink! Is M better today or still in the throes..

Lyndee, I thought about posting these along with my FB but opted out for pure laziness. The Native's have to learn it somewhere!! :D

  6. Natalie, It is moments like these that keep us from bopping our kids right? :D

Jody, I was thinking the very same thing. I need to get our hammock fixed. I'm not so keen on sleeping in the itchy grass but in a hammock in the shade........oh yeah.....

Anaise, Twisted is right! :D Warped and twisted but it is what makes my skirts go twirly and you can't help but laugh and smile when your skirts are twirlin'!

  9. Misty, I love to twirl! Well, until I get too dizzy and fall down. My bum doesn't bounce like it used to. Even with more padding on it. ;)

Chastina, I'm glad you read too! I like it when you visit.
